First foods for baby!
Cereals are often advocated first by professionals and relatives alike. Some babies are just fine with that although you need to look out for a number of signs and symptoms that will indicate the need to look at alternatives. These include constipation, excess mucus or a skin rash. All in all, cereals are probably the least favourable starting option, despite advice to the contrary.

About our logo

Our logo represents a stable and caring family structure with a baby who has complete faith in the arms of mother and father, who hold on securely. The figures continuing into the background symbolise the family's core role in a successful society as well as the activities of the Sister Lilian Centre extending beyond the family, to anyone in need of supportive health advice and to health professionals wanting complementary health advice for their clients and patients. Training is another core activity of the Centre and the group represents this too. The Calendula flower hints at the Centre's respect for and use of natural medicines and treatments, the solid heart showing how important this is in all we do. The petals and circles touching the figures affirm that nature-based health options touch all we do, in our advisory capacity, treatment and training. The curved lines throughout the logo convey our core values of caring, compassion, support and tenderness. The shades of purple represent our strong but service-oriented values. We care about each and every caller, client and patient and will always go the extra mile to make pregnancy, birth, parenting and health wonderful experiences.
