Avoid nappy rash!
The best way to avoid nappy rash is to thoroughly wash baby's buttocks in a basin of water at each nappy change, not just wiping down with a cloth, using cotton wool and oil or using pre-soaped cleansing wipes. Do this routinely, not only when baby has a tummy bug.
