After you have finalised your purchase please e mail us your proof of payment along with your query. You are permitted to ask advice on one subject only. Multiple questions cannot be answered in one advisory session. Please give us as much background information as possible including any change in circumstances, diet etc. This will enable us to give you accurate and meaningful advice. We will respond within 24 hrs excluding weekends. We will endeavour to answer e mails on the same day that they are received, if they arrive before 12h00. Please bear in mind that if we receive e mails after 12h00 on any Friday or before any Public Holiday we cannot guarantee a response until the next official working day.

After sending us your proof of payment please phone us to make an appointment with one of our consultants. If a consultant happens to be free when you call, you will be put directly through to her, if not a booking will be made and you will be requested to call back at the appointed time. You will then be permitted a 15 minute call (max) with one main problem being allowed for discussion per call.
