Introduction of cow’s milk!
When introducing cow’s milk, initially give half strength milk, gradually building up to full strength over 2 weeks. Baby only needs between 400 and 500 ml of milk (cow's or formula) from 1 year. If baby does not settle well on cow's milk and any allergy symptoms occur, rather continue with formula milk for another few months.
