Milk consumption after a year!
For little ones who drink excessive amounts of milk at night or after one year, gradually reduce the amount (by 20 ml every few days) in each bottle until baby protests. You have then reached the overall amount of fluid baby really needs. If this still exceeds 4-500 ml of milk, start diluting the milk in each bottle (replace 20 ml with water every few days) until you have reached the overall goal of 400 -500 ml milk (or formula). Baby's appetite for solid foods should progressively increase in this period too.
