Immunising breastfed babies!
If the mother is breastfeeding (preferably exclusively) and intends doing so for a protracted period (at least 1 year would be good), one could consider giving immunisations later than suggested and spacing each immunisation more, especially if general immunity in the family is good and baby seems to be robust and healthy and is cared for at home by Mom.
