Soothe nappy rash!
To help soothe and treat nappy rash, add a cup of rooibos organic baby tea to the water, air the area for 10 minutes after washing and sun for 5-10 minutes twice daily (avoid midday sun). Sister Lilian's Calendula tablets can also be very helpful.

The idea of a reality pregnancy and parenting TV show, home grown in South Africa, has been a dream of Sister Lilian for a number of years. Just recently a 9 part series on Saturday mornings between 29 August 2009 and 24 October on SABC2 eventually came to fruition. It was an interesting, informative and heartfelt series with Sister Lilian as presenter. She visited South African families in their homes to assist with a wide range of pregnancy, babycare, health and parenting issues.
